Q: Can I have my prescription filled at Hapeth if I haven’t had them filled there before?
A: Yes. New patients are always welcome. We will ask you several questions about your address, phone number, date of birth, drug allergies, medications you're currently taking and your health insurance information.
Q: Can I fill a prescription that I got from my dentist or from another clinic at Hapeth?
A: Yes. We can fill prescriptions from doctors that are licensed to prescribe in Minnesota. Those prescriptions are checked against your other prescriptions for drug interactions or other problems.
Q: How can I transfer a prescription from another pharmacy to Hapeth?
A: Call us and we will obtain the information we need from you. We need to know where it was originally filled, their phone number, the patients name and the prescription number that was assigned by that pharmacy.
Q: Do you mail or deliver prescriptions?
A: Yes. We mail out prescriptions at no charge to the patient. We also have a delivery service available. If delivery is needed it is delivered for a small fee next day either in the morning or afternoon. Same day delivery is available for a fee.
Q: Does Hapeth take my insurance?
A: We take all major insurances, Medicare, Medicaid, pre-paid medical assistance plans, and most work comp.
